The section is broken down into the following sub-sections, which are accessible by clicking on the left hand side navigation:

  • Publications List: Up to date list of all Human Rights Commission publications.
  • Minutes of Plenary Meetings: The Human Rights Commission has held monthly plenary meetings since July 2001. Minutes for all such meetings are available in this section.
  • Reports: Human Rights Commission reports in full.
  • Joint Publications: Publications undertaken by the Human Rights Commission in conjunction with other bodies.
  • Research: Copies of research commissioned by the Human Rights Commission.
  • Submissions/Observations: Copies of submissions / observations on any legislative proposal or practice referred by a Minister of the Government or undertaken of its own volition by the Human Rights Commission.
  • Joint Committee Documents: Publications of the Joint Committee (the Joint Committee is composed of representatives of the Human Rights Commission and the Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission).
  • Papers/Speeches: Copies of papers / speeches delivered by Commissioners, Commission staff or participants at a Human Rights Commission conference/seminar.
