The Irish Human Rights Commission (IHRC) is Ireland's National Human Rights Institution, established under the Human Rights Commission Acts 2000 and 2001. The IHRC has a statutory remit to endeavour to ensure that the human rights of all persons in the State are fully realised and protected in the law and practice of the State.
The closing date for applications for both programmes was Friday 13 January 2012.
